RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions described below.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
You can do this by:
using our online Withdrawal Form below,
emailing us at hello@meetthecatstudio.com or
sending us a clear written statement at:
MEET THE CAT studio
Ioanna Koulouri
63 Agiou Ioannou Street
15342 Agia Paraskevi
Athens, Greece
Telephone: +30 213 049 1079
Email: hello@meetthecatstudio.com
2. Returning the goods after withdrawal
After informing us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Returns should be sent to:
MEET THE CAT studio
Ioanna Koulouri
63 Agiou Ioannou Street
15342 Agia Paraskevi
Athens, Greece
Unless otherwise agreed with us in writing, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method and retaining proof of postage until your refund has been completed.
Please package returned order carefully so that it is adequately protected during transport.
3. Refunds
If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods concerned, including the original cost of standard delivery.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional delivery cost.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
However, we may withhold reimbursement until:
we have received the returned goods; or
you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back,
whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fee by us for receiving the refund.
4. Condition of returned items
You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in a way comparable to how you could reasonably inspect an item in a physical shop.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Returned jewelry should therefore, where reasonably possible, be returned:
in its original condition;
without damage caused by use beyond reasonable inspection; and
together with any parts or accessories supplied with the item.
The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal. However, you are responsible for ensuring that returned goods are appropriately protected during transport.
5. Personalised and custom-made items
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.
Where an item is personalised or made to your specifications and therefore excluded from the statutory withdrawal right, this will be made clear before purchase where applicable.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
The statutory right of withdrawal described above is separate from your legal rights where goods are faulty, defective, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us at:
Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.
Do not use the standard withdrawal procedure when you are reporting a defect unless you specifically wish to exercise your withdrawal right instead.
