FOR ORDERS IN GREECE

  • For orders in Greece the shipping cost is 3.00€ for delivery via BOX NOW (where available) and 3.50€ for delivery via SPEEDEX courier. Upon shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number. The estimated delivery time is usually 1-3 working days from shipment. For orders via BOX NOW please fill the Locker address at the indicated field at Checkout.

  • Free Greeceshipping for orders above 50€. Use code TREAT50SP for shipping with SPEEDEX or code TREAT50BOX for shipping with BOX NOW, at checkout.

FOR EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

For orders from European Union we use either the Greek Postal Services (ELTA)-trackable mail or DHL.

  • Greek Postal Services (ELTA)-registered mail . The shipping cost by ELTA is 7,00€ for all international orders and there is a tracking number provided. Estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.

  • DHL The shipping costis 29€ for EU countries and the estimated delivery time is usually 1-2 working days from shipment. IMPORTANT: please include your phone number for smooth delivery.

  • Free EUshipping (by Greek Postal Services - registered mail) for orders above 150€. Use code TREAT150EU at checkout.

For orders from the rest of the world we use either the Greek Postal Services (ELTA)-trackable mail or DHL.

  • Greek Postal Services (ELTA)-registered mail . The shipping cost by ELTA is 8,00€ for all international orders and there is a tracking number provided. Estimated delivery time is usually 5-12 working days, depending on the destination.

  • DHL The shipping costis 40€ for all international ordersand the estimated delivery time is usually 2-5 working days from shipment, depending on the destination.

  • Free internationalshipping (by Greek Postal Services - registered mail) for orders above 150€. Use code TREAT150W at checkout.

Upon shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number.

We don’t offer delivery to PO Boxes.

FOR USA ORDERS

We use DHL Express - Delivered Duty Paid. The shipping cost is 49€ and all import fees and duties are included - delivered at your door via DHL Express (Delivered Duty Paid). You won’t be charged anything beyond the price shown at checkout, due to recent changes in US import taxes. IMPORTANT: please include your phone number for smooth delivery.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that Greek Post does not ship currently to USA free shipping cannot be applied to USA orders.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

All duties (besides those for orders shipping to United States via DHL Express -Delivered Duty Paid) and local taxes are your responsibility. We do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you would like to know more about customs and taxes please contact your local Customs office before placing an order.
